Day 5

Did bad today, went over my calories by 379 which only puts me at 1579 but I am trying to stay around 1200. I plan to burn some calories later ;) Thinking probably burn around 225 so I won't be too over my limit lol Going grocery shopping tomorrow...going to get some healthy breakfast & lunch items for myself and NO SODA!! I plan to weigh in tomorrow morning just to see where I am at :)

Breakfast:
2 eggs & 2 whole wheat toast w/butter
Coffee with sugar & half and half

Lunch:
Serving of leftover homemade mac & cheese
Diet Mountain Dew

Snack:
Serving of Bugles

Dinner:
Chicken patty on bun with mayo
Serving of tater tots w/ketchup
Coke Zero

Total of 1579 calories
Plan to engage in cardio activity later...45 minutes will = 225 calories burned :)
