Day 6

I started off the day by not eating breakfast which was a huge mistake. We went grocery shopping and then stopped for lunch at Burger King (ugh) So of course I went over my limit but only by about 160. The walking around while grocery shopping burned some calories which helped. Weight has gone down about .6 of a pound. Doing my official weigh in on Monday. Hopefully I've gone down at least a pound. 16 weeks to get down to 200 pounds. Planning to order my wedding dress at the end of April!!!
