Day 2
Day 2 and 3 didnt go as well. We have not gone shopping yet so I'm stuck eating everything we already have and its not all that healthy. Plus I'm stressed right now. *sigh* I'm still sticking to drinking water though, had about half a soda yesterday only because we were on the road from noon until 930 pm and needed the caffeine. Hoping the rest of the week goes better. I need a plan of attack or something. Maybe planning out my breakfast & lunch will make it easier...I already menu plan for dinner so maybe I should look for some healthy alternatives for breakfast & lunch and plan out a meal plan for myself?
