Day 8 & Day 9
Did awesome both days!! Weighed in today, down 2.8 pounds!!! Been sticking to coffee and light yogurt for breakfast, added in a corn toaster cake. For lunch I've been doing wraps with tuna usually, added in some alfalfa sprouts and pickles. Sticking to single portions at dinner time :) Stayed under my calories yesterday by close to 200, just wasnt hungry enough to get those last 200 calories in. Today I am only under by 88, had a snack and coffee this evening which brought it up so I'm not so far under. Trying to think of some new lunch ideas. May try egg salad with olives :)
